 Counseling (217-352-0099): The assistance of professional therapists helps individuals, couples, families and children resolve conflicts arising from personal issues and relationships, such as:

  • marital & parent-child relationships
  • divorce
  • childhood trauma
  • depression
  • abuse
  • adjustment to life changes

Clients seen by appointment; evening hours available.

The Self-Help Center (217-352-0099): The Self-Help Center provides information on self-help and support groups in the Champaign-Urbana area and surrounding communities. Assistance in developing and organizing new groups as well as maintaining existing groups is available. The Support Group Directory is available in print and online at selfhelp.prairienet.org.
