Self-Help Center

The Self-Help Center serves as a community resource dedicated to self-care and personal growth. Our commitment lies in providing information and organizing workshops and seminars that foster both individual and communal development.

The Center also provides information about local self-help groups and actively supports these groups with resources and promotion in our Support Group Directory (please see below). The directory is also available in print. For more information or to obtain a printed directory contact the Self-Help Coordinator at mvillarreal@familyservicecc.org.
